I was there when John and Midge met and fell in love at Hillside. It seemed to me like love at first sight as we were all Grade 8 /9 spectators at a Hillside Senior Boys basketball game. John and I played many sports together over the years and he was an amazing athlete and I was always grateful he was on my team. He will be missed. My condolences to his loving family.
