June Smith Obituary
With great sadness the family announces the death of V.June Smith, age 87, a long time resident of Madeira Park, B.C., who died Monday the 30th of July at Sechelt Hospital.
June was a loving wife and mother and was happiest when surrounded by family and friends. She really enjoyed cooking a meal for guests or a night playing cards with friends or a night out to bingo. She was the rock of our family and is really going to be missed.
June was predeceased by her husband Murrell and survived by her daughter Beverley (Graeme), her son Greg (Bonnie), four grandchildren Karen, Kyle, Kevin and Kellie plus two great-grandchildren.
As requested by June there will be no formal service.
Those wishing may donate to the Pender Harbour Health Centre in memory of June.
