Marie Eva Hanson

Marie Eva Hanson, of Gibsons, BC, born on May 7th, 1930 in Shell River, Saskatchewan to Louis and Eva Orieux.

Passed away peacefully Tuesday, April 24th, 2018 at Sechelt Hospital at the age of 87.

Marie was a very compassionate and loving soul who wore her heart on her sleeve. 

Marie was predeceased by her loving husband Clifford Drummond Hanson.

Marie is survived by her children Michael, Linda, Jo-Ann and Jayme; grandchildren Jessica and Cody; great grandchildren Aiden, Declan and Ariya.  Also many nieces, nephews and wonderful friends.

Marie's funeral will be held at St. Mary's Church, Gibsons on May 3rd at 1PM (open casket viewing at 12 pm). A reception to be held following the funeral in the Church Hall.
