Brian Thomas Higginson passed away quietly at Vancouver General Hospital after a short illness, and will be remembered and deeply missed by his family. He was predeceased by his mother and step-father, Louise and Henry Christensen, and his older sister Barbara McCourt. Brian was survived by his daughter Megan Higginson (Drew) and his grandchildren Miles and Lily, as well as his brother Lewis Higginson. Born in Garden Bay, Brian worked all his life in the logging industry up and down the Coast, and was one of the best log stacker operators of his time.
