Kenneth Murray Snyder

With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Kenneth Murray Snyder who left us on April 21, 2025 at the age of 84 after a three year battle with cancer. 

Ken was born in Kitchener Ontario to Percy and Rachel Snyder, the youngest of 8 children. Ken was predeceased by his parents and siblings; Mel, Lincoln, Helen, Stanley, Ralph, Jean & Lorne.  Ken is survived by his wife of 36 years Sharyn (nee Erb), his daughter Wanda (Dennis), Stepchildren; Robyn, Heather and John (Mary-Lynn), Grandchildren; Matthew, Serena, Step-grandchildren; Jeremy (Erin), Jesse, Kyle and 6 Great-Grandchildren.

Ken took great joy in fixing things, not only for his family but also his neighbors and friends.

He will be sorrily missed by his family and those who knew him best.

Forever in our hearts, never forgotten.

No service will be held at Ken’s request.  In lieu of flowers, donations to the Vancouver cancer agency will be appreciated.
