It is with great sadness that his family announce the passing of Robert James (Jim) McNeill of Garden Bay. Born in Vancouver, at an early age Jim was drawn to engines by his Uncle James. He had a genius for solving marine engine problems. Jim's stories will be missed by his many friends. There will be no service by his request; just lift a glass to him in farewell. Cheers!!
