It is with deep sadness that the family of Rosalie Elizabeth Jacquot, announces her sudden passing on May 20, 2023. Rosalie is survived by her loving partner and best friend of 58 years, Joseph Jacquot, daughter Angela Brnjac(Steve), daughter Tracey Jacquot and son Fred Jacquot (Kait) as well as six grandchildren, Jena, Alex, Tierra, Kodi, Grace and Jesse. Rosalie will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all those who loved and knew her.

Rosalie was a talented and hard working lady. She began her working career with three young children at home, working for Sears Catalogue Centre in Burnaby. With years of experience at Sears, she worked her way up to store manager’s secretary before she retired from that position and made her way to live on the Sunshine Coast with Joe. The two of them were a great team and had purchased Kal Tire Sechelt together. They left their life in Burnaby and embarked wholeheartedly on this new adventure. Rosalie took great pride in her business and loved the relationships she built with business contacts and customers. Through the years, she enjoyed time on the water fishing with Joe and also developed a life long love of gardening. Her garden was and continues to be admired by all who walk by. Later in life, she decided that she would like a little companion and welcomed Molly the cockapoo into her world. With determination and love, Molly and Rosalie developed a great bond and met some lovely people out for walks on Ocean Beach.

Rosalie was truly a very special Wife, Mom and Grandma. She was a steadfast caregiver, always checking in on friends and family, offering words of wisdom and endless support. We will miss her dearly and know that wherever she is now, we are sure that she is watching over us and guiding us on our paths. Love you Mom!
