Rose-Marie Erica (Becker) Everett

December 25, 1952-January 7, 2021
Rose passed away peacefully at home with her husband by her side.

Rose moved to Garden Bay in 1994, she loved it there. Rose took on many different jobs before finding her niche at the Pender Harbour Health Centre, it became her passion in life. Rose held many volunteer positions over the years, and was never one not to help a friend or neighbour. Rose loved life and you could tell by her infectious smile, also travelling, fishing, photography and her gardening.

Rose will be lovingly remembered by her husband Brian, mother Rhoda (93 years), sisters Doris and Louise, Rose's nephews, Derek and Alex and niece Erica, and their children, sister-in-law Darlene and Mike, Barbara and Terry, stepdaughter Tanya and her children and grandchildren. Rose is predeceased by her sister Barbie and father Fred (Siegfried).

The family would like to thank all the doctors and support from the ALS centre, Dr. Robinson, Dr. Goojha, the nurses and staff at the PHHC, the care aides who came faithfully every day to make her comfortable and bring laughs and stories which kept Rose amused, Kate our OT which along with the ALS society made sure Rose had the equipment she needed.
